End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using BlogBook (“the Software”), you agree to the following terms.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or internal business use on devices you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell the Software or any part of it.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by applicable law.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Use the Software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

3. No warranty

The Software is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall the author or copyright holder be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the Software.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brett Terpstra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Software.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. On termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies.

6. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
